From top to bottom, left to right;
1. Random dinner assortment, homemade sushi, soup and flat bread.
2. Leftovers for lunch, dry chicken curry & homemade bread with an apple and peanut butter and a few almonds.
3. Sushi – from the shop, easy takeaways for lunch.
4. Thai curry – we make a lot of these! There is rice under the meat, vege and sauce.
5. Chicken breast stuffed with homemade sunflower seed pesto and couscous cakes.
6. Jelly – low calorie, an awesome dessert or snack to have on hand.
7. Oats, Yoghurt with saltana’s, sunflower seeds and linseed.
8. Saturday Waffles! – Don’t be fooled by those recipes full of sugar. Flour, baking powder, an egg and water or milk are all you need! Add some cinnamon for a nice touch and go easy on the maple syrup or try calorie free syrups if your watching your calories 🙂
