Exercise for week ended 20th March

Monday; 30mins at the gym, 40mins Indoor Netball
Tuesday; 30mins at the gym, 4.7km Run (First since Round the Bays!), 2.5kmish walk.
Wednesday; Game of Twilight Netball
Thursday; 2km Walk to Work
Friday; Nothing, unless you count about 1min on the spin bike
Saturday; 4.7km Walk
Sunday; 10km Round the Vines Run (Seperate Post to come!)

I did also start putting in my calorie intake in this post as well but decided to take it out. I am still tracking but am not concerned when I go over as I’ve been reading into metabolic rates and starvation mode and whatnot and alot of the readings out there seem to think 1200calories is too low especially if this is before exercise, I think i’m going to listen to my body here, if i’m having a hungry day I will go a few hundred over if need be. I have also started reading about zig zagging calories which is pretty much not always sticking to the calories you are allowed (Per MFP or another programme), having a few days that are higher so that your body does not get used to being so low that it ends up in starvation mode. Seriously look that up, it doesn’t sound like much fun at all.

Do you have any good low calorie lunch/dinner ideas that are filling? This is where I fail, I think I’ve got the snacks down, minus a bit of chocolate here and there.
