I wasn’t going to do a blog post today as I am bringing you something delicious on Friday but I saw this gaping hole in my blogging calendar of a few days so thought why not do a blog post mostly of pictures of what has been happening lately!

My latest PB – tyre deadlift at 128kg! It’s not quite a standard 128kg PB Deadlift as the tyres are a bit bigger than 20kg plates making it less distance to pull it off the floor.
