February Exercise Recap

How is it already March? I’m really not sure why the months seem to be passing us by so quickly, I guess it’s that old adage of time flying when you get older.

I didn’t do a monthly recap on January as I was out of the country for most of the month and to be honest it was a lot of walking and a couple of sporadic gym sessions while we were away.

So let’s crack into it, I started off brilliantly and then this happened and my upper body had to take all the workouts!

As a result of crutching around as well as all the upper body workouts my arm measurements have gone up – muscles for the win! My triceps have also become a lot more defined which I am guessing is a result of both this additional upper body work and the fact we have been doing an Elimination Diet (more to come on that :)).
