With four paper (or plastic) plates, you can get an amazing full body workout in, in a short period of time!

If you need to get plastic plates then go for it as we searched for ages to find small paper plates and couldn’t find them, settled for plastic and they worked just fine.

// Mountain Climbers
Begin with a paper plate underneath each of your feet. Bring yourself into the push up position and then alternate trying to bring each foot into your stomach. You can either walk your mountain climbers or run them out depending on your fitness level.

// Scissors
Once again start in the push up position with a paper plate underneath each of your feet. Bring your feet out as wide as you can and then bring them back in to the middle to meet each other and repeat.

// Opposites Attract
You will need four paper plates for this exercise, one on each of your feet and one for each of your hands. Get down into the push up position again and position yourself with the paper plates underneath each of your hands and feet, bring your opposite arm and leg in to meet each other underneath your body and then return to the top of the push up position. Repeat with the other side.

// Body Pulls
Find yourself a little bit of a runway and get yourself down into the top of a push up position with a paper plate underneath both of your feet. Pull yourself down your runway for as long as you can without stopping. You can either do a turn with your body or get up and turn yourself around and continue walking back the way you came from.
