Christmas Gift Guide for the Fitness Enthusiast

Christmas Gift Guide for the Fitness Enthusiast Lifting straps

Lifting or Wrist Straps – lifting straps help with grip when you are going for the heavy lifts and I have found them really useful, until I lost mine! They are also pretty cheap – the Nutratech lifting straps can be found for $11 and purchased online! You could also look at getting some wrist straps which help to protect your wrists when lifting. The great thing about lifting straps is that one size fits all so all you need to decide is the colour (although often it is black or black!).

  1. Great suggestions. I’d also add a foam roller specially if your significant other loves to run or workout hard. Cheapest regular massage there is and great prehab tool.

    1. Ooh yes, didn’t think of a foam roller! Definitely a good investment, same goes with a good tennis or lacrosse style ball as well so get in those places the foam roller doesn’t quite get!

  2. Okay so I’m not a fitness enthusiast but I do need to start working out a little more, getting into better shape…maybe I’ll start with the socks 🙂 Great gift guide though – I know some people who wopuld really love this stuff!
