Christmas Gift Guide for the Fitness Enthusiast - Chalk

Chalk- It may seem like a weird gift but to those who are gym bunnies and lift heavy weights chalk is one of those things that’s really nice to have as it helps with your grip, yet most people never get around to buying any. You can find it in any outdoors store, we got ours from Bivouac Outdoor but I’m sure places like Kathmandu will have them as well. Look in the mountain climbing section, and I’d recommend getting the refillable balls like the one above as you can just rub your hands on it and your chalked up, and its refillable!

  1. Great suggestions. I’d also add a foam roller specially if your significant other loves to run or workout hard. Cheapest regular massage there is and great prehab tool.

    1. Ooh yes, didn’t think of a foam roller! Definitely a good investment, same goes with a good tennis or lacrosse style ball as well so get in those places the foam roller doesn’t quite get!

  2. Okay so I’m not a fitness enthusiast but I do need to start working out a little more, getting into better shape…maybe I’ll start with the socks 🙂 Great gift guide though – I know some people who wopuld really love this stuff!
