Christmas Gift Guide for the Fitness Enthusiast

Christmas Gift Guide for the Fitness Enthusiast - kettlebell

A Kettlebell is another great gift as you can do so many things with them, you can get a really good workout in a short space of time with one and they don’t take up a lot of space so even if you are in a small apartment I’m sure you will be able to find space for one or two. K-Mart has 5kg & 7.5kg kettlebells for $12 which is a bargain! You can also find a few different sizes reasonably priced at the warehouse. If you want something a little more hardy try somewhere like No 1 Fitness or Elite Fitness. A 5-12kg is generally a good weight for females depending on how new they are to exercise and a 8-20kg for males.

  1. Great suggestions. I’d also add a foam roller specially if your significant other loves to run or workout hard. Cheapest regular massage there is and great prehab tool.

    1. Ooh yes, didn’t think of a foam roller! Definitely a good investment, same goes with a good tennis or lacrosse style ball as well so get in those places the foam roller doesn’t quite get!

  2. Okay so I’m not a fitness enthusiast but I do need to start working out a little more, getting into better shape…maybe I’ll start with the socks 🙂 Great gift guide though – I know some people who wopuld really love this stuff!
