Christmas Gift Guide for the Traveller - Packing Cells

I always thought Packing Cells were a bit of a waste of money until I got some. You can get the stiffer ones like in the image which are great for suitcases or you can get ones which are just like bags and scrunch down into pretty much nothing which are great for backpacks as it means you can manipulate them a bit more and fit them into smaller areas. Packing cells are great for putting your socks and underwear into one, t-shirts into another etc and you just grab out the color cell you want to correspond to what you need. I also recommend having an empty cell that you can put dirty washing into, it stops your other clothes from honking and makes laundry on the road so much easier! You can find these at places like Kathmandu.

  1. I was given packing cells for my birthday, and thought they were kind of stupid – but they actually ended up being soooo useful!

    1. I know right! I thought the same thing for so long until I got given some and found they were pretty awesome! Makes it so much easier to find what you want in your bag and to separate dirty laundry too!
